Function convertToNewKeyFormat

  • convertToNewKeyFormat(publicKey): string

  • Parameters

    • publicKey: string

      The key to be converted, must be in the EOS_XXXX

    Returns string

    Description

    Converts a valid EOS key to the new format

    Example

    EOS_XXXXXXXXXX will get converted into a PUB_K1_XXXXXXXX
